SHIPPING METHODS
DeltaBio provides several shipping methods for our customers. During the check-out process, you will able to select from UPS: Standard Ground Delivery, 2nd Day, Next Day or Other. If you have selected “Other” and/or have special shipping or delivery instructions, please advise us using the comment box in the shipping section of the check-out process.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges during the check-out process will indicate “TBD” (To Be Determined). DeltaBio does not mark-up shipping charges and is committed to providing the lowest available shipping costs to our customers. Shipping charges can vary greatly depending on the product, weight, size, destination, delivery date, and delivery method. After placing an order, you will be contacted by the next business day with the shipping charges associated with your order. If you are concerned about the shipping charges presented, please contact us or call 1-800-821-2502, and a DeltaBio representative will assist you. Delta Biologicals ships only to street addresses and does not ship to PO boxes.
Furniture Product Shipments
All furniture products are shipped via LTL (less than truck load) freight and online furniture prices are FOB Tucson, Arizona. A DeltaBio representative will contact you with your freight costs.
International Shipments
DeltaBio normally does not ship to foreign countries. If your shipping address is in Canada, please contact us and we will let you know if we can ship to your address.
